Jellyvamp is Ida Neverdahl’s Instagram personality – and this tough, colourful character with purple hair is a real gutsy go-getter. This is the first time the comic strips have been collected for publication, and the book has been designed in the familiar Instagram format with which Ida has achieved her Jellyvamp success (over 50,000 followers).
Ida has also achieved international success with her story ‘Like an artist’, and has been praised by Scott McCloud – the USA’s leading comics theorist and researcher. Her book Jelly has been published in the US, and her palette and style are well-known in the worlds of both American and Norwegian comics.

The comic strips deal with everything from the vegan lifestyle, dick pics and self-image to Furbies, friendships and wrestling. Neverdahl is clearly a star, and has a wonderful style.

Ida Eva Neverdahl (b. 1993) is a Norwegian comics artist and illustrator. She has created comic strips for the Dagbladet and VG newspapers, as well as the Pondus and Nemi comics. She has also been an active track-and-field athlete.
