Everybody Counts is a seek-and-find book, a counting book, and a picture book about humanity. We are counting people, from 0 to 7,5 billion. All the people belong to groups, e.g. a family, a flea market or an airport. We start with a boy and his family, and all the groups are related to them. Many people appear in different groups and situations, and throughout the book numerous narratives are created. The book provides a playful view of the many connections and coincidences in our lives. Every single one of us has a unique story, but we are all part of the same group – the world.
