One day, Piglet discovers something that utterly shocks him: He doesn’t have a curl in his tail! All the other pigs have sprightly curled tails, but not Piglet. He must get a curl in his tail, because that’s what pigs are supposed to have, right? The other animals on the farm aren’t particularly helpful, and good advice is hard to come by. But then he meets a little girl who lives on the farm. Can she help Piglet, do you think?

Hilde Myklebust (b.1979) is a well-established poet in Norway, and is also the author of award-nominated children’s books and novels for youth. Among her recent publications is the picture book Ylva og villgeitene (Ylva and the Wild Goats) illustrated by Akin Düzakin and the YA-novel Splintra (Splintered). She is translated into several languages, including German.

Bård Sletvold Torkildsen is an illustrator and visual developer. Grisungen med den rette halen is his first collaboration with Hilde Myklebust.
