we grew

the strikes visible
the cries for help heard
when my heart beats, melted life screams

OURS is a political and hopeful poetry collection from the town of Notodden. Here we find the 1st of May banners side by side with hillbilly cars with lowered chassis, cheese puffs and girls with the odour of smoke. OURS is an energetic collection about topics like identity, social inheritance, class issues and about how the place you come from, both geographically and personally, shape how you see the world around you.
