Piglet is sitting under a tree. Suddenly he hears a fluttering buzzing sound. What makes that kind of noise? Then he feels a bite in his back and realises it must be a mosquito. He runs off to Fox to get some help and Fox has a good idea. They can make a mosquito spray from something Fox has in his fridge. The important thing is that it is well-passed its «sell-by date» and smells awful.
When the spray is ready they slap a load on themselves. And the spray works, both against mosquitoes and others creatures, so Fox and Piglet have to go away as far as they can. But they are still up for a big surprise...
‘The book is innocent and entertaining, written to amuse and develop the imagination of both younger and older readers.’
