In 2006, Bernhard L. Mohr moved to Moscow – a lone Norwegian in a Russian workplace, in a time when many still considered a democratic development in Russia to be both possible and likely. Ten years later he returns to meet his old colleagues to get the answer to that major question: Why do the Russians vote for Putin?
