Series creator Mia Thrane Hansen (b. 1993) grew up in Trondheim but has lived in Oslo since 2015. She began publishing Sangfuglens Stillhet on WEBTOON in 2021 and has since worked full-time as a comics creator, with a strong passion for exploring mental health issues and the LGBTQ+ community.
