Raluca-Daniela Duinea

Raluca-Daniela Duinea is senior lecturer, Ph.D. in Norwegian at the Department of Scandinavian Languages and Literature at Babeș-Bolyai University, in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Her research areas include Norwegian contemporary poetry, Norwegian children’s literature and literary translations. In 2018 she published the book entitled The Poetry of Jan Erik Vold and the Norwegian Lyric Modernism in the 1960s, at Casa Cărții de Știință and scientific articles, being especially interested in Jan Erik Vold’s literary work. In 2023 she translated for the first time into Romanian Jan Erik Vold’s selected poems and Nils-Øivind Haagensen’s novel Is She Yours?. She participated in international and national conferences and received several research scholarships at The Arctic University of Norway, in Tromsø. She took part in several international summer schools for Norwegian teachers organised by the Universities of Oslo and Agder and teaching mobilities at the University of Bergen.
