Irina Hron is a translator of contemporary Norwegian literature into German. She currently holds the position of Anna Ahrenberg Postdoctoral Fellow of Literature at the University of Gothenburg’s Department of Literature, History of Ideas, and Religion. She received her Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from LMU Munich, Germany and the University of Agder, Norway in 2012.
