Explore the secrets of the forest!

When you walk in the woods, it's the trees that you notice. But a forest is so much more than trees! In this book, you get behind the bark and beyond the leaves, where the secrets of the forest are waiting for you to discover them.

You will read about the bee that makes perfume for its partner, and the mushroom that is faster than a rifle bullet. You learn about the tree of death and the zombie snail, about frogs and smelly feet mushrooms. And the mummy trees that never rot. The secrets of the forest are the kind of secrets that are nice to share.

The book is richly illustrated with the beautiful water color pictures by Nina Marie Andersen.

This book is suitable for all children who are curious about nature – and all adults who want to read about nature and explore it together with them.
