Alvina, the brave troll

“Alvina accepts the mushroom basket. She leaves the granite mountain, and sets the chanterelle hat on her head. It shadows her eyes, and makes it easier to see in the daylight. She dances through the meadow with the mushroom basket in her hand, dancing more than she walks. Dance brings joy.”

In the sequel to Alvina, the friendless troll, the forest troll Alvina continues to search for friends, even though nature and the animals make her less lonely. Alvina is different, and in the story she share how it feels not to be included. In the book Alvina, the brave troll, she shows courage and strength through her own actions to achieve friendship.
