Mercy is the story of Nancy and Fredrik, a married couple who have one another but who feel less and less at home in their own time. At least, this is the case for Fredrik. When he receives a fatal diagnosis, he decides that Nancy must be spared from having to live life alone. Knut Nærum has written a macabre and cheerful story about how difficult it can be to become a murderer.
