Ingeborg Arvola

Suddenly Hot Weather

Through the window of the travel agency, Lillian sees the Russian girl pushing the buggy with the child of the man who was, until recently, her boyfriend. At the horseracing track, a woman eats a bad hot-dog and has a vision. In the Mediterranean, Einar goes diving and retrieves objects no one should find out about. Ingeborg Arvola's third book of collected stories Suddenly Hot Weather contains comic, hopeful, gloomy, and magical stories about human life.
